Pitched to — and rejected by — the company that went on to make “The Biggest Loser” several months later. They claimed they didn’t take anything from us; but, at a certain point, they produced a show called “Losin’ It With Jillian.”
“Losin’ It With Linda” is only a good title because of the alliteration.
We’ve created terrific segments galore, including “The Complaint Department,” a heavily padded cell where people — including guests, producers, directors, etc. — get to lose it!
The idea being that we tend to stuff our true emotions with harmful behaviors like eating and smoking, etc.; and — if we get to let them out — we’ll do less harmful things to ourselves.
We follow each of the housemates in their lives, to their jobs, and — for Linda G. — that’s watching her lift projects off the ground.
